Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage the company's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging social media content, posts, captions, and promotional campaigns.
- Implement SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Support and manage digital lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Coordinate with content,



graphic design, and sales teams.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve online brand visibility and customer engagement.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
