Job Description – IT Support Executive

Position: IT Support Executive
Department: Information Technology / Media Support
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience

Job Purpose

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT, networking, audio-visual, and basic media support. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, supporting meetings and events, and assisting with photography and videography requirements when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for computers, laptops, printers, and software.
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity issues
- Set up and troubleshoot projectors, LED/TV displays, HDMI, VGA, USB-C, speakers, microphones, and other AV equipment.
- Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, online meetings, seminars, and events.
- Check and test IT and AV equipment before programs and meetings.
- Maintain basic inventory and records of IT, AV, and media equipment.
- Provide basic photography and videography support for programs, events, and organizational activities




- Perform basic photo/video editing and organize media files when required.
- Maintain backups and proper storage of important digital media and technical documents.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and routers.
- Knowledge of projector, display, audio, microphone, and AV equipment setup.
- Familiarity with HDMI, VGA, USB, USB-C, and common connectivity adapters.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows and common office applications.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge will be an advantage.

Education & Experience

- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Any Degree/Diploma in IT,Computer Science, Electronics, or a related

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
