Position:Sales Assistant

About the Role

UFLY International Aviation Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Assistant to drive student enrollments and promote the academy's aviation and related training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, social media, and other channels.

* Contact prospective students and provide information about available courses and programs.

* Counsel students and understand their career goals to recommend suitable courses.

* Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into admissions.

* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Handle student and parent inquiries professionally.

* Participate in education fairs, seminars, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students and prospective customers.

* Coordinate with the admissions,



counseling, and management teams.

* Prepare regular sales and enrollment reports.

* Stay updated on the academy's courses, offers, and admission procedures.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

* Previous experience in sales, telecalling, education, aviation, or customer service is an advantage.

* Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

* Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
