We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Hotel / Resort construction projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of finishing works, interior works, MEP coordination, quality control, and site execution.

SIGNIFICANT: Candidates with Hotel / Resort project experience ONLY are eligible to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute and supervise all finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Handle interior finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, false ceiling, painting, doors, partitions, and related works.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other services.
- Ensure proper coordination between Civil, Interior & MEP works at site.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Check drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper snagging and de-snagging before handover.
- Ensure finishing works are executed as per hotel standards and project specifications.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection reports,



and material requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper sequencing of MEP, interior and finishing activities to avoid rework.

QUALIFICATION

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotel / Resort construction projects.

ONLY candidates with Hotel / Resort project experience and strong finishing + MEP + interior work knowledge should apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.04 - ₹50,000.25 per month
