Dhindsa Travel Private Limited is looking for experienced and motivated Travel Sales & Call Centre Executives for our India office.

We are hiring for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a professional call centre and sales environment and must have strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Requirements

- Previous Call Centre experience is highly preferred and important
- Strong experience in phone sales, customer calling and lead conversion
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo is preferred
- Good understanding of airline reservations, airfares, ticketing and travel-related services
- Ability to confidently handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi and/or Hindi
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Must be reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment

Shift Availability





We have openings for:

- Day Shift
- Night Shift

Candidates applying for the Night Shift must be comfortable working according to Canadian/North American business hours.

Main Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries by phone, follow up with new and existing leads, provide travel quotations, assist customers with flights and other travel services, maintain professional customer relationships, and work toward individual and company sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

We are especially interested in candidates who have a combination of:

Call Centre Experience + Travel Industry Experience + Sales Experience + GDS Knowledge

Candidates with strong telephone sales and customer-conversion experience will be given preference.
