We’re Hiring | Facility Manager

JD Institute of Fashion Technology is looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and overall upkeep of our facilities.

Location: South Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the premises.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related services.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely completion of work.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and fire safety standards.
- Maintain records related to maintenance, AMC, inventory, utilities, and facility expenses.
- Address facility-related issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and manage facility-related supplies and inventory.




- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfil facility requirements.
- Ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained, and professional environment for students and employees.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in facility management, administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Good vendor and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Hands-on approach with valuable attention to detail.
