- Supervise and manage day-to-day team operations.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team members’ performance.
- Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Train and guide recent and existing employees.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Handle customer or employee issues and resolve them promptly.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational targets.
- Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
- Motivate the team and improve overall performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
