Job Title / Designation: Executive HR

Brief Description: The HR Executive will work closely with the Plant Head and functional leaders to translate business requirements into effective HR interventions. He will act as HR partner to the Manufacturing Unit by ensuring the availability of the right talent, building a high-performance culture, strengthening employee engagement and industrial relations and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

- To work with the Plant Head and functional heads to understand business objectives, manpower requirements and operational challenges.
- Prepare periodic manpower plans in line with production and business requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
- Build healthy and constructive employee relations at the plant and handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare annual training and development plan in consultation with functional heads and drive technical, behavioural, safety and supervisory development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee master data and ensure effective onboarding and exit processes

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing unit
- Experience in plant HR, employee relations and labour-law compliance is essential.
- Working on MS Excel / ERP knowledge is must.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- The HR Executive will have a dotted-line/solid line working relationship with the Plant Head while maintaining functional alignment with the Head - HR.
