We are looking for two Part-Time STEM Teachers:
1. Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
4 days per week
- Regular school-based STEM sessions
- Hands-on Coding, Robotics and Electronics activities
- Teaching students across Grade 1 onwards
2. Wagholi, Pune
1 day per week
- Regular school-based STEM sessions
- Hands-on Coding and Robotics activities
- Teaching students across Grade 1 onwards
Candidates who live in or around the respective locations will be preferred.
What You Will Do
- Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM, Coding and Robotics sessions for school students.
- Teach students through practical projects rather than theory alone.
- Work with students from Grade 1 and Grade 2 as well as higher grades, adapting teaching methods to suit different age groups.
- Introduce students to electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, coding and robotics.
- Guide students in building and programming their own projects.
- Teach block-based coding and gradually introduce text-based programming.
- Conduct projects using ESP32 and other microcontrollers.
- Teach basic Python programming and programming logic.
- Help students troubleshoot circuits, code and robotics projects.
- Encourage problem-solving, experimentation, creativity and innovation.
- Conduct demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions and student project activities when required.
- Handle and maintain STEM, electronics and robotics kits responsibly.
- Follow eduCOBOT's curriculum, lesson plans and teaching methodology.
- Provide feedback on student learning and classroom activities.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Candidates must have practical knowledge of:
- Robotics
- Coding
- ESP32 microcontroller
- Block-based coding such as Blockly, Scratch or similar platforms
- Python programming
- Basic electronics and circuits
- Sensors and actuators
- Hands-on project building and troubleshooting
You should be comfortable demonstrating projects yourself and explaining technical concepts in a way that school students can understand.
Classroom Experience – Important
Experience handling school students in a classroom environment is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable teaching and managing:
- Grade 1–2 students
- Grade 3–5 students
- Grade 6–8 students
- Higher grades, depending on the programme
Teaching younger students requires patience, energy, classroom management and the ability to explain technical concepts in very simple and engaging ways.
Experience handling hands-on STEM, Coding, Robotics or Technology sessions in schools will be strongly preferred.

- Has experience handling Grade 1–2 students as well as higher grades.
- Can explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Is confident conducting hands-on classroom sessions.

- Can troubleshoot hardware and software independently.
- Is willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Is reliable and able to commit to the required weekly schedule.
- Is comfortable travelling to the assigned school location.
