Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, discreet, and dependable driver to serve the Director. The role involves safely transporting the Director to office, meetings, official events, and other engagements while maintaining the highest standards of punctuality, confidentiality, and professionalism. The driver represents the office and is expected to conduct themselves accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the Director safely and punctually to the office, business meetings, official functions, the airport, and other destinations as directed.
- Plan routes ahead of time, monitoring traffic and weather to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends based on the Director's official commitments.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fuelled, and in excellent working condition at all times.
- Coordinate timely servicing, repairs, and renewal of insurance, registration, and required certificates.
- Maintain accurate logbooks of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses.
- Run official errands such as document delivery, pickups, and drop-offs as instructed.
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked with essentials (water, umbrella, first-aid kit, etc.) as required.




- Observe all traffic regulations and practice defensive driving at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's schedule, conversations, and official matters.
- Be well-groomed and presentable, reflecting the professional image of the office.

Requirements

- Valid driving license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years of professional driving experience).
- Prior experience driving for senior executives, government officials, or corporate leadership preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
- Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Punctual, reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
- Basic first-aid knowledge.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
