We are hiring 1 experienced trainer for an offline training program on UI/UX Design at a client location in Trichy.

Note: We are looking for trainers, not developers/designers for production work. The candidate must have prior training/teaching experience and be comfortable delivering structured sessions to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training on UI/UX Design, Design Thinking, and User Research
- Cover UI Design, Wireframing & Prototyping, and hands-on Figma sessions
- Conduct Usability Testing and teach Accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Train learners on Design Systems and best practices
- Conduct hands-on sessions, doubt-clearing, and mock design exercises

Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of IT industry experience in UI/UX Design




- M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
- Solid command over Figma, Design Thinking, and Design Systems
- Prior training/mentoring experience preferred — we require trainers, not developers
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site for the training duration
