Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Sports Instructor. The desired candidate must be an enthusiast, who enjoys spending time nurturing children between the age group of 2-8. He/ She should also possess enormous interest in any particular sports/athletics activity .An understanding about nutrition and sports medicine would be an added advantage. The selected candidate will be trained by a world class sports management company to impart our sports curriculum.
The instructor should use curriculum guidelines and prepare lesson plans for their students adhering to early child development skills. He/ She should instruct students in key concepts and skills related to physical fitness and specific sports, and use practical exams and tests to grade the student’s performance. They should develop a bond with the learners to enhance their inherent sports abilities as well as spur on the underperformers to attain a certain goal.
Responsibilities and Duties
Teach multiple physical education classes a day
Observe the leaners closely and prepare a personalised plan based on their fine motor and /gross motor skills.
Prepare monthly reports for each learner and analyse their development pattern
Assist the academic team in non academic activities and field trips.
Organize and manage team equipment and schedules between our 3 campuses.
Plan, organise and execute the sports events .
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must have a good track record in Sporting activities
Any Bachelor's Degree (Nutrition or Physical Education preferable)
Valuable communication skills in English is a must
