Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales of IVD Diagnostic Products across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the IVD diagnostics industry, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Immunoassay, ELISA, Reagents, and IVD Diagnostic Products within the assigned territory.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals,



diagnostic laboratories, distributors, and key customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market coverage and revenue.
- Coordinate with Application Specialists and Service Engineers to ensure seamless customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM records.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and scientific meetings to promote company products.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,653.47 - ₹45,000.00 per month
