Job Responsibilities
- Prepare RA bills and final bills for interior fit-out projects.
- Verify site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Prepare and review BOQs based on drawings and site conditions.
- Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills as per work executed.
- Perform rate analysis for non-BOQ items and variation orders.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, clients and consultants.
- Track project costs, quantities and billing records.
- Prepare variation statements, claims and reconciliation statements.
- Ensure billing is aligned with contract terms and payment milestones.
Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in interior fit-out billing.
- Strong knowledge of interior works, materials and construction processes.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and rate analysis.
- Positive command of MS Excel and billing formats.
- Candidates from interior fit-out/commercial projects .
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
