Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, analytical, and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Develop marketing materials, promotional content, and campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.




- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
