Cluster Coordinator — a field-level management role overseeing program implementation across a group of villages/panchayats.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise field staff/volunteers across the cluster
- Ensure beneficiary identification, enrollment, and data collection
- Community mobilization (SHGs, farmer groups, village committees)
- Submit monthly/quarterly progress reports
- Liaise with panchayat, block office, and other local stakeholders
- Resolve field-level issues, escalate when needed
- Track budget/resource utilization for the cluste
- Typical requirements: Graduate/PG (Social Work, Agriculture, or Rural Development preferred), 2–3 years grassroots experience, local language + basic reporting skills, willingness to travel.
Reports to: Program Manager/Project Coordinator
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
