Role Overview

We are hiring experienced ASM / ZSM / RSM professionals to drive school sales and business growth across Madurai and surrounding markets. Designation will depend on experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and key decision-makers.
- Promote K-12 educational books, AI, Robotics, STEM, and academic solutions.
- Identify recent schools and expand the customer base.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop territory sales plans and monitor performance.
- Conduct school meetings, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and internal coordination.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
- Educational Publishing / School Sales experience preferred.
- Strong network with schools and educational institutions.
- Proven sales and team-management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
