Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support

2. Address and resolve customer queries related to:

3. Document verification and queries

4. General product-related inquiries

5. Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of cases

Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
