Aifer Education is looking for passionate and target-driven professionals to support student admissions and business development across Tamil Nadu

Location: Chevayur, Kozhikode ( *Hybrid / REMOTE)

Employment Type:* Full-time (Regular Position)

Salary:* ₹15,000 per month + *Attractive Incentive Scheme based on the sales*

#Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective students across Tamil Nadu

* Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into student admissions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners

* Guide students in selecting the right courses based on their needs

* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets through effective counselling

Requirements

* *Fluency in Tamil (Read,



Write & Speak) is Mandatory*

* Good command of English

* Minimum *3 months of experience* in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and positive attitude
