We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in the required language(s).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Valuable listening, convincing,



and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
