Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Location: Indore

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire clients, and sell digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and a basic understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other channels.

- Identify potential customers and understand their business and marketing requirements.

- Pitch and sell digital marketing services such as:

- Social Media Marketing

- Facebook & Instagram Ads

- Google Ads

- SEO

- Content Marketing

- Branding & Online Promotion

- Conduct sales calls and client meetings.

- Lead Generation

- Prepare and share quotations/proposals with prospective clients.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel.

- Track competitors and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and convincing ability.





- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

- Good knowledge of social media platforms.

- Ability to generate and convert leads.

- Good follow-up and client relationship management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, digital marketing sales, telecalling, B2B sales, or business development preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified leads generated

- Number of client meetings

- Conversion rate

- Monthly sales/revenue achieved

- Current clients acquired

- Follow-up and customer retention

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and digital marketing, with the ability to communicate effectively with business owners and convert opportunities into clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
