We are looking for a performance-driven E-Commerce Ads Manager to manage, run, and optimize advertising campaigns across major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and a robust understanding of campaign performance, budgets, keywords, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other relevant campaign types.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize keywords, bids, targeting, and search terms.
- Monitor daily ad performance, including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve sales, profitability, and return on ad spend.
- Manage and control daily/monthly advertising budgets.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Analyze marketplace advertising reports and prepare regular performance reports.




- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to improve product visibility, rankings, and overall sales.
- Monitor competitor advertising and marketplace trends.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, keywords, bids, and targeting strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace advertising.
- Practical experience with Amazon Ads / Amazon Seller Central is required.
- Experience with Flipkart Ads / Flipkart Seller Hub will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and analyze performance data.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
