Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage end-to-end e-commerce, warehouse, inventory, logistics and order fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in process improvement, team coordination, vendor management and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfilment and dispatch operations.
- Oversee inventory management, GRN, inward, stock movement and reconciliation.
- Manage B2B & B2C logistics, including domestic and international shipments.
- Handle returns, reverse logistics and customer-related operational issues.
- Manage vendors, negotiate terms, maintain relationships and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Manage warehouse operations, layout planning and space optimization.
- Implement WMS, ERP and process automation for inventory,
invoicing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to reduce lead time and improve efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate warehouse/operations teams to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Experience
5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a fashion/lifestyle or D2C environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
