Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP/Sage Accounts Production Executive to manage financial accounting, statutory reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP and/or Sage accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and support business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Process journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Generate financial reports using SAP and/or Sage.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure timely statutory and tax-related reporting.





Required Skills

- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and/or Sage Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with general ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and financial close.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Qualified qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA are an advantage.
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial accounting using SAP and/or Sage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or shared services environments.
- Knowledge of VAT/GST, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation or migration projects is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,735.10 per month
