Required Experience – 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Engineering products.
CTC – 3.6 to 4.5 LPA (based on experience & qualification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned region.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services – Gaskets to clients across various industries.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on the company’s product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery and installation of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and inform marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and regional market conditions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows,
and networking opportunities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering concepts, with the ability to explain complex products to customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Positive understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for customer meetings and site visits.
