Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, maintaining the retail outlet, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide accurate product information.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products, offers, and recent arrivals to customers.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the retail area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about replenishment requirements.
- Support stock counting, receiving, tagging,



and arranging merchandise.
- Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Retail Supervisor or Manager regarding sales and operational requirements.
- Prepare or provide sales and stock-related information when required.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to billing, cash handling, stock, and customer service.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
