Ensure PFEP for all type of Vehicle Assy Lines
Wide Knowledge of Inventory Norms and it’s planning & implementation for GA line.
TCF Assy process knowledge, Facility planning and implementation.
MHE knowledge, selection, workout, and Implementation.
Ensure cost effective Packaging proposals and its implementation.
Designing and implementing supply chain solutions based on industry best practices
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure Facility implementation as per project timeline.
Determining the most cost-effective packaging and way to reduce transport cost.
Setting up layout and ensure effective space utilization.
Prepare Capex budget and monitoring.
Preparing Stores layout & space requirement & utilisation according to inventory norms.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of FTG’s
Implement warehouse automation and digital tools for operational efficiency

Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E;
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E;
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
General Experience
2 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing TCF Assembly along with knowledge of Supply Value Chain.
