About the Role

We are looking for a confident and driven Business Development Associate to join our night shift team, dedicated to converting and growing our USA client base. This is a 100% target-based sales role - success is measured by monthly conversions, revenue generated, and sales targets achieved. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who can consult prospective clients on website design, redesign, SEO, Google Business Profile, and digital marketing services, and confidently close deals in a fast-paced, incentive-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads into paying clients through outbound calls, follow-ups, and proposals.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets - this is the primary KPI for the role.
- Understand prospective clients' business needs and pitch relevant web/digital solutions.
- Explain website design, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.
- Handle objections and negotiate deals to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the design and development team to ensure client requirements are met.




- Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up records to track target progress.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in web sales, web consulting, BDA, or a similar international client-facing sales role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of website design, SEO, Google Business Profile, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability (or strong aptitude) to work in a target-driven, incentive-based sales environment.
- Comfortable handling international (US) clients and a core night shift.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a professional, consultative approach.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within a sales career track.
