Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

- Understand business and user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design clean, modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design elements.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and other visual elements.
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and improve designs based on usability and business requirements.

Front-End / UI Development

- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional web interfaces.
- Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks as required.
- Ensure designs are responsive and compatible across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented interfaces and identify visual or usability inconsistencies.

Collaboration & Project Support

- Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Understand project requirements, timelines, and technical limitations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide creative solutions to design and usability challenges.
- Maintain proper documentation of design specifications and assets.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, technologies,



and best practices.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working as UI/UX Developer/Designer.
- Relevant experience in UI/UX design and/or front-end development will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating practical UI/UX work will be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of front-end development and design-to-development handoff.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI development.
- Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
- Experience with analytics and user behavior tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web performance.
- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, mobile applications, or enterprise applications.
