Job Description – Diamond QC

Position: Senior Diamond Quality Controller (QC)
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and check diamonds for quality, cut, clarity, colour, and overall finishing.
- Ensure diamonds meet the company’s required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects, damage, colour/clarity issues, and other quality discrepancies.
- Conduct final quality checks before diamonds are dispatched or delivered.
- Coordinate with the Diamond Purchase, Sorting, Production, and Sales teams regarding quality issues.
- Maintain proper QC records and reports.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in diamond grading and quality checking.




- Handle and resolve quality-related issues with suppliers and internal teams.
- Guide and supervise junior QC team members when required.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Diamond QC / Diamond Grading.
- Good knowledge of diamond quality parameters and grading.
- Valuable computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
