Job Summary

Majhe App is looking for an AI & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media, performance marketing, digital marketing, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of using AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation, customer engagement, and campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow Majhe App’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, leads, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
- Develop monthly social media calendars and coordinate content creation.
- Use AI tools for content creation, campaign planning, audience analysis, automation, and marketing optimization.
- Identify current digital marketing trends, tools, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to improve campaign performance.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital channels.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness.




- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Experiment with new AI-powered marketing tools and automation solutions.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of social media strategy and content marketing.
- Experience with analytics and campaign reporting.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs.

Preferred

- Experience with startups, technology companies, mobility, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Experience managing performance marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI marketing tools.
- Experience in building and scaling social media communities and digital campaigns.
