We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and execute digital marketing activities across Website Design, Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Website Designing
- Plan and coordinate business websites and landing pages.
- Work with designers/developers to ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly and conversion-focused.
- Understand basic WordPress, UI/UX and website optimization.
Google Ads
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI.
Meta Ads
- Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Create lead generation, traffic, engagement and conversion campaigns.
- Manage audiences, budgets, creatives and retargeting.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
SEO
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO and content optimization.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic and Search Console data.
- Work on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve search visibility and website traffic.
Required Skills
- Good practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
- Basic understanding of website design, WordPress and landing pages.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn AI tools and new digital marketing technologies.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but understands the objective behind them.
You should be able to analyse performance, identify problems, suggest improvements and take ownership of assigned client projects.
Experience
1–3 years preferred.
Freshers with solid practical knowledge, certifications or internship experience may also be considered.
Salary
₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month, based on skills and experience.
