Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and supporting CDN, WAAP, DDoS, and web performance solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal application performance.

Qualification and Relevant Experience:

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA with at least 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot CDN, WAAP, DNS, and DDoS protection services.
- Configure caching, security policies, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic-routing rules.
- Monitor platform performance and resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform change management, RCA, and service optimization activities.
- Work closely with application, network,



and security teams during deployments and incidents.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Akamai and/or Cloudflare platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CDN, DDOS,DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and WAF/WAAP technologies.
- Experience in DDoS mitigation and web application security.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Preferred Certifications:

- Akamai Certified Professional
- Cloudflare Certifications
- CCNA/CCNP
- ITIL Foundation

Key Competencies:

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Incident and change management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 operations workplace.
