Position: Payroll Manager

Experience: 5-6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Languages: Hindi, English & Telugu - Must

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing - End to end payroll using KEKA HRMS

2. Salary Administration - CTC, revisions, arrears, F&F;, reimbursements

3. Statutory Compliance - PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity. Monthly + Annual filings

4. KEKA HRMS - Configure payroll, attendance, leave, claims modules

5. MIS & Reporting - Payroll cost reports, audit reports for management

6. Employee Support - Address payroll queries of employees in Hindi, English & Telugu

Must Have:

- 5-6 years of payroll experience in India

- Hands-on experience in KEKA HRMS - Payroll + Attendance + Compliance

- Robust knowledge of Indian Payroll & Labour Laws

- Fluency in Hindi, English & Telugu - for employee communication and coordination

- Good in Excel and MIS
