Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the complete HR function and drive people strategy, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall HR strategy, policies, and operations.
- Manage talent acquisition, manpower planning, and workforce development.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Manage employee relations and ensure statutory compliance.
- Support organizational development and succession planning.




- Partner with business leadership on people-related matters.
- Lead, guide, and develop the HR team.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in EPC, Power, Infrastructure, Construction, or Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in HR strategy, talent management, manpower planning, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
