About Us:

Academy of Vedic Vidya is an EdTech organization dedicated to providing high-quality education in the field of Vedic and spiritual sciences. We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Academic Coordinator to support our students, trainers, and academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate effectively between students and trainers to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Resolve student and trainer queries related to login, logout, and platform access.
- Collect regular feedback from students and trainers to improve the learning experience.
- Provide timely support and assistance whenever students or trainers face challenges.




- Maintain proper communication and ensure a seamless learning journey.
- Assist with day-to-day academic and operational activities as required.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly by coordinating with the concerned teams.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Personal laptop is mandatory.

- Stable Wi-Fi/internet connection at home is mandatory.
