Implement and support D365 Commerce modules:
MPOS / CPOS
Store Operations
Commerce Headquarters
Pricing, discounts, promotions, returns
Configure stores, registers, devices, workers, payment methods, and retail hierarchies.
Support SOD/EOD, statement posting, cash and shift reconciliation.
Work closely with business users and store operations teams.
Provide L2/L3 support, RCA, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Must have worked in 2-3 Retail support projects
Integration Responsibilities
Work on Global ERP (D365 F&O;) Local ERP / third‑party system integrations .
Support integrations such as:
Masters data integrations
Pricing and reference data exchange
Handle integration testing,
UAT coordination, and production support.
Prepare FRD, FDD, integration mapping documents, and SOPs.
Provide L2/L3 production support, root cause analysis, and reprocessing support.
Valuable to Have
Experience with, POS peripherals, and payment integrations.
Microsoft Dynamics Commerce certification .
