- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Supervise machine operators and production staff.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments.
- Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity.
- Train and guide production operators.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the production area.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
