Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain positive relationship with customers
- Provide product/service information clearly
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Update customer details in system/Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Good Speaking English speaking ability
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
