ABOUT SWAASTHAI

Healthcare should be easier to navigate. SwaasthAI brings hospitals, doctors, coverage clarity, appointment booking and a verified blood donor network together, helping people find the right care when they need it. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help us take SwaasthAI to more people. You’ll work closely on our social media presence, content, campaigns and launch marketing, while helping us build a strong community around the brand.

Duration: 3 Months Stipend: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month Observation Period: First 14 Days (Unpaid) Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Joining: Immediate Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance after successful completion of the internship

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Plan and execute content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Manage SwaasthAI’s LinkedIn Company Page, Instagram account and Facebook Page Design engaging social media posts and creatives using Canva, following brand guidelines Create and support Reels and short-form video content Conduct market research and competitor analysis Research relevant social media trends, content formats and audience behaviour Assist with captions, social media copy and campaign messaging Track engagement, reach,



follower growth and other key performance metrics Run and support basic social media and digital marketing campaigns Support waitlist growth and the app-launch marketing push Assist with WhatsApp community and broadcast marketing Maintain consistency with SwaasthAI’s brand guidelines across digital channels

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Good grasp of current social media trends and content formats Basic design sense and working knowledge of Canva Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics Good communication and creative-thinking skills Ability to conduct market and competitor research Self-driven, organised and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment Must be based in or near Bhubaneswar and available to work in a hybrid setup Copywriting, video editing and Reel creation skills will be an advantage APPLICATION REQUIREMENT Candidates should submit their CV along with: One sample Canva social media post One sample Reel The samples may be previous work or created specifically for the application.
