- Handle calibration, servicing and repair of gauges, measuring instruments and metrology equipment used in the plant and metrology laboratory.
- Ensure proper calibration and availability of measuring instruments and standards for production and inspection activities.
- Maintain calibration records, certificates and equipment history as per defined standards.
- Should have positive knowledge of SPC, MSA and Quality Core Tools.
- Independently manage metrology/standards room activities during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and TQM requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve measurement and calibration-related issues.
- Hands-on experience in machining is mandatory.
