Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled AI & Robotics Trainer to introduce students to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, and emerging technologies through practical and activity-based learning. The trainer will design age-appropriate lessons and hands-on projects that develop students' problem-solving, creativity, computational thinking, and innovation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM classes for students from Grade 1 to Grade 10.
- Teach age-appropriate concepts related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning basics, Robotics, Automation, and Coding.
- Conduct practical activities using robotics kits, sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and other STEM equipment.
- Teach programming/coding using suitable platforms and languages such as Scratch, Python, Blockly, Arduino, or similar platforms.
- Plan and conduct hands-on projects, experiments, challenges, and demonstrations.
- Guide students in developing AI and robotics-based projects and prototypes.
- Encourage computational thinking, creativity, logical reasoning, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, project activities, and assessment materials.




- Maintain and safely handle robotics kits, computers, electronic components, and laboratory equipment.
- Identify students' interests and encourage participation in STEM exhibitions, competitions, hackathons, and robotics events.
- Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with subject teachers and the academic team for interdisciplinary projects.
- Stay updated with developments in AI, robotics, coding, and educational technology.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification/Diploma in AI, Robotics, Coding, STEM Education, or Educational Technology will be an added advantage.
- Relevant teaching/training experience with school students is preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AI and Robotics fundamentals.
- Knowledge of coding/programming and robotics platforms.
- Solid practical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, child-friendly manner.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Creative and activity-oriented approach to teaching.
- Ability to design and execute student projects independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
