Job Summary

We are looking for an MSW graduate for a Work From Home Calling & Admission Counsellor role. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling admission-related calls, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Handle incoming admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and other relevant information.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the admission team for document verification and admission confirmation.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets.
- Provide regular reports on calls, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility

- MSW (Master of Social Work) – Mandatory/Preferred
- Freshers can apply; experience in counselling, telecalling, admissions, education, or social work will be an advantage.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Positive convincing and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Must have a laptop/computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.

Work Details

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
