- Lead and manage the editing team across multiple projects.
- Oversee the editing process from rough cuts to final delivery.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into engaging visual narratives.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Directors, and other creative teams.
- Review edits and provide creative and technical feedback to editors.
- Ensure consistency in pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound, graphics, and overall visual quality.
- Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are executed effectively.
- Manage editing timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Stay updated with evolving editing techniques, formats, and visual trends.
- Mentor and develop editors while maintaining high creative standards.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
