SAP FICO + Tosca Manager – SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation

Your work profile

- Lead the Finance workstream for large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation programs.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP best practices, fit-to-standard methodologies, and SAP Activate framework.
- Own solution architecture, process design, and governance for Finance and Controlling processes.
- Partner with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to define business requirements and transformation objectives.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops, solution design sessions, and executive-level discussions.
- Define implementation strategy, delivery roadmap, project governance, and deployment approach.
- Manage functional consulting teams, resource allocation, project planning, and delivery execution.
- Ensure high-quality design, configuration, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities across the Finance workstream.
- Oversee integrations between SAP Finance and related modules including MM, SD, PS, PM, Treasury, SuccessFactors, and external applications.
- Lead data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, and transition activities to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance reporting while driving issue resolution.
- Provide leadership during Go-Live, Hypercare, stabilization, and post-implementation support phases.
- Support organizational change management, user adoption, training, and business readiness initiatives.
- Mentor, coach,



and develop consultants and senior consultants while establishing delivery excellence standards.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Minimum three full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
- Experience leading large-scale Finance transformation and ERP modernization programs.
- Exposure to global SAP transformation programs and multi-country deployments.
- Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN), Treasury, Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAC Planning.
- Knowledge of advanced SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and reporting capabilities.
- Prior consulting experience with Big Four firms or leading SAP System Integrators.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery teams across multiple geographies.
- Robust understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, project governance frameworks, and transformation management.
