Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for construction projects and the company.
- Maintain project-wise accounts, expenses, receivables, payables, and ledgers.
- Manage GST, TDS, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Verify and process contractor, vendor, subcontractor, and supplier bills.
- Prepare bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor project expenses, advances, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries for management.
- Coordinate with site/project teams, vendors, contractors, auditors, and consultants.




- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents for audit and compliance.
- Handle Tally/ERP entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of construction/project accounting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling contractor/subcontractor accounts and project expenses.
- Strong analytical, accounting, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
