Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service enquiries and requirements.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians.
- Explain service/repair requirements to customers.
- Follow up on service progress and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive service operations preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
