SALESMAN AND FMCG MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST REQUIRED

We are looking for an energetic and confident Salesman / Market Research Executive to support FMCG product market research and customer/retailer feedback collection and boost sales of our home care produts.

Location: Samastipur | Bihar
Role: Salesman and FMCG Market Research
Engagement: Full time | Field-based

Key Responsibilities | Salesman Responsibilities

- Market Visits – Visit retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and local markets in the assigned territory.
- Retailer Interaction – Meet shopkeepers and understand their product requirements, buying patterns, and preferences.
- Market Research – Collect information on competitor products, pricing, packaging, promotions, and market demand.
- Product Promotion – Introduce Hygiene Atcare products to retailers and explain key product benefits.
- Customer Feedback – Gather feedback on product quality, pricing, fragrance, packaging, and customer preferences.
- Market Validation – Support product sampling and identify which products have the strongest market potential.
- New Retailer Identification – Identify potential retailers and distribution opportunities.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and local market stakeholders.
- Daily Reporting – Maintain records of market visits, retailer feedback, competitor observations, and sales opportunities.




- Sales Support – Support initial product orders, follow-ups, and retailer onboarding.
- Territory Development – Identify new markets and opportunities to expand Hygiene Atcare's presence.
- Competitor Monitoring – Track new product launches, price changes, schemes, and promotional activities in the local market.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field sales / market visits
- FMCG or retail experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Basic smartphone & reporting skills required
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas

Compensation
