Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and drive team performance to meet operational goals.
- Logistics Expertise: Hands-on experience with OTR & Drayage operations; U.S. logistics experience is preferred.
- Freight Brokerage Knowledge: Practical understanding of freight brokering and related processes.
- Sales & Client Relations: Proven ability to generate business and maintain strong client relationships.
