- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Explain product details including purity, weight, stones, making charges, and certifications.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle billing coordination and follow showroom SOPs.
- Cross-sell and upsell jewellery products.
- Ensure proper display handling and product safety.
- Maintain showroom hygiene and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with CRM and backend teams for customer orders and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends and collections.
- Support during exhibitions, festive sales, and promotional events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
